Returns
Eligibility
- Time Frame: You may return any item within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Process
- Contact Us: Email us at returns@sachainchi.com or call +1 (800) 123-4567 to initiate a return. Provide your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and specify that you would like an exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
